SeaTac International Airport, Consolidated Rental Car Facility
We scanned for reinforcement throughout the facility to avoid damages to the structure while concrete was drilled and cut during construction and new tenant build-out. The Port of Seattle required every slab penetration to be scanned and documented with photographs of findings, which needed to be approved prior to the drilling process. We laid out rebar, conduit, and post-tension cables so the pictures could be forwarded to the Port.
Bravern in Bellevue
Structural Imaging performed locating services for the two commercial and two residential high-rise buildings on this four-block job, which included many individual retail shops in the commercial towers. We were called out on a regular basis by general contractors, as well as their sub-contractors, to locate reinforcement so that they could drill new penetrations without damaging the structure.
911 Memorial in Bremerton
We offered scanning services for the 911 Memorial in Bremerton as a donation. Specifically, we scanned for buried utilities in the location of the memorial so that during the ground phase, the contractors wouldn’t damage the neighboring facilities’ utility lines.
